What does a fertility coach do?
This person guides you on your path to parenthood. Physically, mentally, and emotionally. Body, Mind and Spirit.
This person isn’t on the journey (but many have walked it) so they can see things that you might be missing, and they are an unbiased third party. Think of your coach as your personal guide. They are going to lead you to your baby and make your journey that much more fun and bearable. Not to mention many of them including myself are EXPERTS in fertility and hormones as well as habit change. They know the ends and outs of this journey and are a key part of your fertility team.
How do you find one?

Anything to watch for?
Make sure the fertility coach you choose is qualified to be your guide. Fertility Coaching has become a buzzword lately and many weekend programs are popping up to “certify” coaches. Make sure your coach has credentials behind their name and they are actual experts. How to find this? Just ask them. Some are very qualified, and you can be certain that if you choose me or one of my coaches, we have extensive training in this area.
So, what are my qualifications?
I have a bachelor’s degree in nutrition and Business as well as 4 holistic health and wellness certifications which took me over 2 years to complete. I am a certified personal trainer and have been for 10 years and I have coached and trained clients in health and wellness for over 20 years. I have also done countless years of research and studying to learn my craft and my clients get great results. I don’t sell products and am not part of any MLM.
Recently some people have been questioning my motives and my qualifications and I want to defend myself, not because the things they are saying are true but because I put my heart and soul into this business. Just ask any of my clients and they will tell you I am endlessly trying to support them on this journey through working 7 days a week, countless research, and middle of the night texts. Some people question why they should work with a coach over their doctor, and I would never advise that. A fertility coach is part of your team and plays a vital role but should never be in place of.
Why does part of my business include a fertility coach certification program?
Because one I was asked by other coaches to create it and two because I am one person and can’t see all the women/couples I want or need to. I wanted to create a team of coaches that were qualified so more people would have the option of working with one. I know for me I wish I had a coach or someone to help me during my 2-year struggle with unexplained infertility.
