3 Quick Tips for Making PCOS / Fertility Smoothies

1.Check that there is a balance in the amount of protein and carbohydrates in your fertility smoothies. This is will help you keep your blood sugar levels in check and prevent insulin spike and avoid the blood sugar roller coaster.

  1. Have a sweet tooth? Stevia is your sweet tooth savior! It has no calories but it is 200 times sweeter than your ordinary sugar. I love using liquid organic stevia – my favorite brand is Now Foods Liquid Stevia.
  2. If you want to make your smoothie creamy and smooth in consistency, you can try adding in the following:
  • half of an avocado
  • whole-fat coconut milk
  • ¼ cup nuts or seeds that have been soaked overnight,
  • or all three!

Pumpkin Pie Fertility Smoothie


  • 1 cup of organic sweet potatoes
  • 1/2 cup frozen organic spinach
  • 1/2 cup frozen organic cucumber
  • 1 piece organic ginger
  • 1/2 frozen avocado
  • 1 tbsp organic cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp organic pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • Ice
  • 1/2 cup filtered water
  • 1/2 cup no sugar added coconut milk


  1. Add ingredients as listed and blend until smooth.

Cherry Berry Fertility Smoothie


  • 1/2 cup organic frozen cherries
  • 1/2 cup organic frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen organic spinach
  • 1 tbsp Spirulina
  • 1/2 cup full fat coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp raw cacao
  • Ice
  • 1/2 cup filtered water
  • 1/2 cup no sugar added almond milk


1.Add ingredients as listed and blend until smooth.


Alkalizing Green Fertility Smoothie


  • 1/2 cup organic spinach
  • 1/2 cup organic kale
  • 1/2 cup cucumbers
  • 1/2 cup organic apples
  • 1/2 cup full fat coconut milk
  • 1 scoop Collagen Peptides
  • 1 tsp ground organic ginger
  • 1 tsp ground organic cinnamon
  • Ice
